Familia Torres Natureo Sparkling

One of the largest wineries in the world, Bodegas Torres has been owned by the family of the same name since 1870. With headquarters in Penedes, Catalonia and further operations in Chile and the USA (California), the company is active in the production of wine as well as spirits.

The Torres team needed some years of research to find the appropriate method of extracting the alcohol, without altering the characteristics of the wine.

The result is a wine with 0% alcohol, but with the characteristics of muscat showing its presence, with floral aromas leading the way and tropical fruit notes following. In the mouth, the pleasant foam and the few unfermented sugars create a beautiful lively ensemble.
