Kostaki Winery Ancestral Method 2023

A refreshing sparkling from Kostaki Winery, the Ancestral Method came to impress.

In the glass the color is greenish-yellow with slightly golden highlights. The bubbles are stable, and on the nose there are subtle notes of citrus, apple and yeast giving complexity. On the palette it is crispy with a fruity character, making it an excellent aperitif.
