Athanasiou Winery Fleur d'amour Brut

Wanting to explore the limits of Agiorgitiko of Nemea, Michalis Athanasiou realized his vision to create the first rosé sparkling Agiorgitiko of Nemea with the traditional production method of Champagne.

The vines are located at an altitude of 900 meters in the highlands of Asprokampos and produce 1,010 bottles.

Light pink color with nice sparkles. Flower, and fresh red fruits ande citrus aromas, combined with the characteristic aromas of yeast and nuts from the autolysis process. Soft mouthfeel with creamy character, lively bubbles and acidity that spreads on the palate and leads to an aftertaste of exceptional length.
