Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve is a fine and balanced champagne, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the best vineyards of Champagne and from three different vintages. Bright pale yellow highlights support the bubbles, which emerge slowly in a persistent and rich foaming. Mature, with fresh floral notes, aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. The full and intense taste, combined with a fine freshness, testify to the aging of this wine in the traditional cellars of Billecart-Salmon.
