Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Brut

Piper-Heidsieck is a house founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck on July 16, 1785 in Reims. Cuvée Brut is a blend of over 100 crus, using the majority of Pinot Noir (55-60%) from Grande and Petite Montagne de Reims, about 15% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier. On the face we have an exceptional golden color with vibrant bubbles. On the nose it is delicate with aromas of almond and hazelnut to star and notes of green apple and citrus to follow. The palate is characterized by harmony and depth.
