Domaine Costa Lazaridi Blanc de Blanc Brut

Blanc de blanc Brut by Domaine Costa Lazaridi is the first sparkling wine from the versatile terroir of Drama that opens a new chapter for the region. The "Birth of Dawn" vineyard is located in mountainous Kataphytos at an altitude of 830 meters. The freshness and complexity of this unique terroir is now also expressed through the elegance of the Vidiano variety.

On the glass we find a wine with a light yellow color with green highlights, with a "string" of lively small bubbles. On the nose we find autolytic aromas of brioche and bun, characteristic of the 24-month stay with the yeasts in the bottle and complemented by attractive, fresh aromas, reminiscent of lemon, citrus, green apple and pear. In the mouth it is cool, with crisp acidity and a long aftertaste.
