Thalassinos Microwinery Little Troublemaker Rosé 2021

Thalassinos Microwinery is located in Finikia, Heraklion and was created by the spirit and vision of two young people, Isidoros and Virginia that united their common love for wine so as to continue their viticultural heritage. They aim at biodiversity and permacultura, with the majority of the work being done manually and with the lowest energy footprint (zero waste philosophy). As a result they create wines with native yeasts, low sulfites and minimal intervention so as to highlight the character of the varieties.

In the glass we have a pomegranate color. On the nose we find intense aromas of citrus, orange zest, red fruits, with notes of white pepper to follow and some floral hints to complete its character. The palate is rich, with a pleasant acidity, a slight sense of tannins and an aftertaste that lasts.
