Jima Winery Liberté Day Nine 2021
Jima winery is a family business founded by oenologist Panagiotis Jima and his wife Christy Karagiannidou. The agronomist Nikos Tzimas, brother of Panagiotis, has taken care of the vines. The winery was designed by the architect Athanasios Stergioulis and is located on the farm next to their family home, in the village of Kalomodia in Arta. The emblem of the winery is the stork, which faithfully visits them every spring, moving among the vines, looking for its food.
In the glass we have a pale pink color. On the nose we find intense aromas of juicy peaches, strawberries, mangoes and caramelized citrus peels. On the palate, the crisp acidity and perfectly integrated alcohol give strength to its creamy texture and lead us to a long lasting aftertaste.
