Tsililis Terres IÓ Rosé 2022

IÓ Rosé grapes are harvested by hand. A 4-hour maceration follows, while then each variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks. The blend then stays on the lees for 2 months.

It has a bright salmon color. Intense aromas of strawberries, pink grapefruit, apricot, followed by some hints of citrus zest. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with lively acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
