Domaine de Sulauze Pomponette 2022

Domaine de Sulauze is the work of Karina and Guillaume Lefevre. The couple met on a trip to Corsica. Their love for nature and the need to work with them led them to establish their own winery in 2004, in the village of Miramas, in Aix, Provence. What they are looking for is substance and formality, so they intervene as little as possible. The fermentation takes place with native damages, the sulfites are minimal and the wine is bottled unfiltered. Pomponette is a special and enjoyable Provence of biodynamic cultivation, which highlights the special limestone soil, giving us the juicy fruit on a mineral background.
