Foivos Papastratis F Xinomavro ONE OFF Rosé 2022

ONE OFF is the new project by Foivos Papastratis, with limited vinifications, each time in a different wine-producing region in wineries of good friends, with different varieties, different techniques for a one and only time. For the 2022 harvest, his trip is to Goumenissa, where, in collaboration with Hatzivaritis winery, he creates F Xinomavro 2022 Rosé .

A wine with a vivid bright pink color. On the nose we find aromas of red fruits, flowers, citrus peels, followed by herbal notes. In the mouth, the body is medium, with high acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
