Troupis Winery Ekato 2022

Troupis winery presents its new creation. Ekato (number 100 in Greek), the first reddish wine from the Moschofilero variety. The name Ekato comes from the days when the must remains in contact with the skins, instead of the 10-20 days most red wines do. The fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, with minimal intervention and the wine is bottled unfiltered.

In the glass we find a soft and bright red color. In the aromas we find rose petals, red fruits, ginger, with notes of quince jam to follow. The palate is pleasant, with a gentle tannic taste, cool acidity and persistent aftertaste.
