Patistis Winery Kamara Hill 2020

Kamara Hill comes from a 40-year-old vineyard plot with the same name. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged in American oak barrels and clay amphorae for 18 months. It is then bottled unfiltered, without any other intervention.

It has a moderate ruby color, with gray highlights. The aromas consist of red & sour cherry, tomato & olive paste, herbs, followed by notes of spices and cocoa. Medium+ mouthfeel, with high acidity, soft juicy tannins and a long lasting aftertaste.
