Rouvalis Winery Tsigelo Dafnes 2020

The Tsigelo Single Vineyard label comes from the specific Dafnes 1 vineyard. Old vines planted at 650 meters altitude, small acre yields with organic and manual care. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels and handmade amphorae. It then remains for at least another 15 months, after bottling, at the winery's underground cellar.

The wine has a deep purple color. Red and black fruits, on a background of spices, with herbal notes that follow. Rich mouthfeel, with lively acidity and a long aftertaste.
