DeMuerte Black 2019

A unique 100% Monastrell from the oldest pro-phylloxeran vines from DO Yecla. From century old vines, it is late harvested by hand and aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum period of 20 months.

On the glass it is clear and with a bright ruby ​​color. On the nose a feast for the senses, with aromas of black and red fruits, balsamic, cherry jam, raisins, tobacco, cocoa, spices, with earthy notes following and hints of butterscotch completing its character. In the mouth it is rich, with a full body, pleasant acidity, silky tannins and a long lasting aftertaste to remember.
