Villa Maria Pinot Noir Reserve 2018

The story of Villa Maria began in Auckland and continued in Hawke's Bay and Marlborough, where the best grapes are collected from carefully selected locations.

Thanks to the quirky and persistent nature of owner Sir George Fistonich, the company has repeatedly pushed boundaries, being the first in New Zealand to open a winery restaurant and the first major winery to release cork-free wine.

Marlborough Reserve Pinot Noir presents intense floral aromas, fresh black cherries, red raspberries, with some herbal hints following. On the palate it is a fine and juicy wine with gentle acidity, well-worked tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
