Hetero Wines Monarch Xinomavro 2019

Hetero was created by Maria Tamiolaki and Dimitris Mansolas, who follow the model of Gypsy Winemaking, ie the production of wines in areas of Greece that have been selected for their uniqueness and wine value. Utilizing the facilities of selected wineries in each area, Hetero Wines has full supervision of all stages of the production process and ensures that the ecosystem and terroir of the area are fully expressed.

On the face we have a ruby color. In the nose we find aromas of sun-dried tomatoes, plums, sour cherries, with notes of spices to follow. The palate is full-bodied, with high acidity, soft tannins and long aftertaste.
