Vassaltis Vineyards Vassanos Mandilaria 2019

Vasanos, in ancient times, was a stone used to test the purity of precious metals and eventually evolved to be the definition of thorough and accurate examination. The wine consists of 100% Mandilaria and matures for 24 months in American oak barrels of 500 liters.

In the glass we have a purple color. On the nose we find delicate aromas of black and red forest fruits, black pepper, salt flower, olive, followed by notes of fresh earth and smoke. In the mouth it has a medium body, with intense well-worked tannins, medium acidity and a long aftertaste.
