Vassaltis Vineyards Mavrotragano 2021

Vassaltis approaches Mavrotragano variety in order to bring out the character of it, proceeding in maceration of whole bunches and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, then it remains for 12 months in oak barrels.

On the glass there is a deep purple color. On the nose we find intense aromas of red fruits such as cherries, black currants, plums, blackberries, with notes of tea and cocoa to follow and some mineral hints to complete its character. In the mouth it is balanced and full, with lively acidity, balanced with ripe tannins and a long aftertaste.
