Tsililis Terres Edenia Luna 2021

Edenia Luna grapes are harvested by hand and it is an unfiltered low intervention wine. The whole grape is fermented slowly and ithe wine s then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

It has a purple color. The aromas consist of cherry, sour cherry, violet, mountain tea, cardamom, cocoa, followed by hints of spices. Mouthfeel is medium+ bodied, with good acidity, soft tannins and a long lasting aftertaste.
