Katogi Averoff Tsipouro Gardina 500ml

Katogi Averof revives the forgotten local varieties Pyknoassa, Gudaba, Vlahavona and Dopio Proimo Metsovo. They cultivate them manually and in autumn the grapes are collected, which are then vinified with special care. The production process begins with the fermentation of the grapes which takes place in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. The resulting wine is distilled at the facilities of the Katogi Averof distillery and Gardina is bottled to begin its journey to convey the aromas of Metsovo to those who love spirits.
