Balanced aromas of red fruit and oak, with notes of strawberry and wild cherry. The aromatic characteristics are exuberant and add volume and complexity to the final result. Long, caramel aftertaste, with hints of forest fruits and pepper. Combines perfectly with fruit sweets, fruit salads, syrupy sweets but also with seafood and Asian light dishes.
