Distillery Tsililis Dark Cave Black 12 Years Aged

The core of the "heart" of the distillation is what Dark Cave Black comes from, which then ages for 12 year. The ageing is done in oak barrels that previously had Vinsanto Dessert wine.

The result is a bright, amber, strongly aromatic, spirit of exceptional concentration and complexity. Deep, velvety and at the same time perfectly balanced. In the mouth it has high complexity with the presence of aromas such as dried fruits and flowers, sweet spices, honeycomb, plum, caramelized orange peel, cedar, coffee, tobacco, chocolate and sour cherry. The aftertaste is strong and long lasting.
