Clos Montblanc Cava Rose Brut

In 1988, the Carbonell Figueras family – with a viticultural tradition of more than 300 years – started the project of the “Clos Montblanc” cellars. They are located at Barberà de la Conca, very close from two iconic sites in Catalan history: the fortified town of Montblanc and the Poblet monastery.

This cava has an impressive bright pink cherry color. with abundant, gentle bubbles. We encounter fresh strawberry aromas, typical of this variety (Trepat), long lasting in the mouth. A unique delightful combination of harmony and softness.
