Clos Montblanc Castillo Di Montblanc Cava Reserva Brut

In 1988, the Carbonell Figueras family – with a viticultural tradition of more than 300 years – started the project of the “Clos Montblanc” cellars. They are located at Barberà de la Conca, very close from two iconic sites in Catalan history: the fortified town of Montblanc and the Poblet monastery.

The grapes are fermented very slowly at low temperatures and in stainless steel tanks to ensure the aromatic base of the wine. The second fermentation, in the bottle, takes place using the traditional method and the cava remains in the bottle for 18 to 24 months.
