This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc comes from Dillons Point, one of the best viticultural zones for the variety. The harvest is done during the night. This is followed by light pressure in a pneumatic press and the juice is led to a small tank, where the mud is naturally removed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures and once complete, the wine remains with its fine lees to gain complexity.

It is a classic expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, 100% tank fermented, but offers textural complexity and a mineral character reminiscent of pebbles and sea breeze. Aromas of gooseberry leaves, guava and passionfruit complete the aromatic character. It is explosive both on the nose and in the mouth, yet remains elegantly balanced and distinctly 'salty'.

The wine is certified vegetarian and vegan friendly.
